How long it will take for my order to be ready? 
Depending when your order is placed, we strive to have your order ready within a 24 hour business day. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up.

Where do I pick up my order and when?
As soon as you receive your "order is ready" email ,you may pick up your order anytime during store hours.  You may call the store and let us know you are ready for your order. We have a table outside our front entrances for online orders, or you may request to pick up your order inside at the register. It's also fine if you prefer to come in and let a volunteer at the register know you are picking up an order.

Can I buy what I see online in the store? 
The in store and online inventories are separate, so items from the online shop cannot be purchased in the store.

Can I get a refund for an item I purchased online?
All sales are final - if there is an issue with an item you have purchased, please contact us. We encourage to check out all photos for a specific product, as well as item description.

What payment methods can I use? 
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Can I try clothing on inside the store that I see online? 
Since the online inventory is stored separately from the clothing in the shop, items are not able to be tried on - we are happy to provide extra photos & measurements - just let us know!

How long will you hold my items I have purchased? We encourage online orders to be picked up as soon as possible or weekly at most as we know that is easiest for some customers. We'll hold your online order for a up to 10 days from the time you receive your "online order ready" confirmation. At 10 days, we will refund your order and restock items online. 

I had items in my cart and tried to order later but the items were gone, did I do something wrong? If an item is missing in your cart when checking out, it means that another customer has purchased the item.  We encourage customers to purchase sooner than later if you see an item you really want. Just like the instore shop, items go quickly! Thankfully, we have a growing customer base!

How often do you restock? We restock the online shop daily, throughout all times of the day!
