Online Order FAQs
- How long it will take for my order to be ready?
We strive to have your order ready within a 48 hour business day. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up.
- Where do I pick up my order and when?
When you receive your "order is ready" email, you may pick up your order anytime during store hours. You may call 413-549-8800 when you arrive for curbside pick up. You may also pick up inside at the register.
- How long will you hold my items purchased?
We ask for items to be picked up asap. At 7 business days, items not picked up will be re-stocked and refunded. We keep a 20% restock fee from every order that needs to be refunded.
- Can I buy items listed online in the store?
No, the in store and online inventories are separate.
- Can I get a refund for an item I purchased online?
All sales are final - if there is an issue with an item you have purchased, please contact us. We encourage to check out all photos for a specific product, as well as item description.
- What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
- Can I try clothing on inside the store that I see online?
Online items are not available for try on. However, we are happy to provide extra photos and measurements - just ask!
- I had items in my cart and tried to order later but the items were gone, did I do something wrong?
If an item is missing in your cart when checking out, it means that another customer has purchased the item. We encourage customers to purchase sooner than later if you see an item you really want. Just like the in store shop, items go quickly! Thankfully, we have a growing customer base!

The online shop is restocked daily, at various times of the day!
