Online Order FAQs
- How long it will take for my order to be ready?
We strive to have your order ready within a 24 hour business day. You will receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pick up. We appreciate order being picking up asap but we do have a 10 day hold policy. At 10 days if order is not ready you will be full refunded and items will be restocked.
- Where do I pick up my order and when?
As soon as you receive your "order is ready" email ,you may pick up your order anytime during store hours. You may call 413-549-8800 when you arrive for curbside pick up. You may also pick up at the register inside.
- Can I buy what I see online in the store?
The in store and online inventories are separate, so items from the online shop cannot be purchased in the store.
- Can I get a refund for an item I purchased online?
All sales are final - if there is an issue with an item you have purchased, please contact us. We encourage to check out all photos for a specific product, as well as item description.
- What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.
- Can I try clothing on inside the store that I see online?
Since the online inventory is stored separately from the clothing in the shop, items are not able to be tried on - we are happy to provide extra photos & measurements - just let us know!
- How long will you hold my items I have purchased?
Online orders are encouraged to be picked up as soon as possible or weekly at most as we know that is easiest for some customers. Shop Fisher Home will hold your online order for up to ten days from the time you receive your order confirmation. After ten days, a refund will be issues for the order and the items will be restocked online.
- I had items in my cart and tried to order later but the items were gone, did I do something wrong?
If an item is missing in your cart when checking out, it means that another customer has purchased the item. We encourage customers to purchase sooner than later if you see an item you really want. Just like the in store shop, items go quickly! Thankfully, we have a growing customer base!
- How often does the site get restocked?
The online shop is restocked daily, at various times of the day!
